ETC WOMENS
GYMNASTICS TEAMS
ETC's Women's Team has an unparalleled record of success. More often than any other team, our teams occupy the Top 3 positions at State Championships. We have had numerous State, Regional, and National Champions. We have had Elite qualifiers for Compulsory and Optional levels as well as National Team Members for TOPS and HOPES in the USAG Elite programs. We have also have multiple gymnasts go onto NCAA gymnastics, cheer, and other NCAA sports. Our Olympic caliber coaches continue to train our Women's Team to greater and further heights every year.
Our Competitive Team competes in the USAG Developmental Program (formerly J.O.) where we compete levels 3-10. ETC also participates in TOPS, HOPES, and the USAG Elite Program. Our USAG coaching staff consists of esteemed individuals who continue to train our gymnasts to be strong, well-balanced athletes. In 2022 ETC gained two new head coaches who have Olympic coaching experience from the 2016 Rio Olympics. Together, they have over 35 years of coaching experience that includes coaching gymnasts at the Olympics.
Our USAG coaching staff is USAG trained, safety certified, and background checked.
All Stars is a competitive team in a recreational environment. All Stars starts at Level 2 with the opportunity to progress to Optional levels. During competitive season we will attend 5 competitions both here and around Middle Tennessee.
Our All Star teams are designed to allow families to experience the joy of competitive gymnastics without the time and financial commitments associated with USAG competitive gymnastics. All Stars creates a positive environment for girls to grow in confidence and skill.
Our Developmental Program begins in our Mighty Mite and Training Team classes up to our USAG Compulsory Level 3 team. No guarantee is granted to our competitive team when a child participates in Training Team. Children will go through a series of evaluations within their class time to determine readiness to progress.
From Training Team girls will be promoted to Xcel or Women's Team.
Based out of our Smyrna location, Xcel Teams compete in bronze, silver, and gold division. Gymnasts will compete 6 times per year around the Middle Tennessee at USAG sanctioned meets. Practices are approximately 9 hours per week. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
Based out of our Murfreesboro location, our USAG Women's Competitive Team has an unparalleled record of success. Our Developmental Team (Formerly J.O.) competes at Level 3-10. ETC boasts numerous State, Regional, and National Champions! Practice times start at 12 hours per week and progress with the level of the gymnast. Competitive season begins in the winter and progresses through the state meet in March, from there Optional levels can earn spots in Regionals, Easterns, or Nationals.
Based out of our Murfreesboro location, ETC is blessed to have coaches with the knowledge that extends beyond the USAG Developmental Program. TOPS, HOPES, and Elite are programs in which girls are chosen to continue down certain paths at an accelerated rate. There are many factors considered for this path. They compete nationally as well as attending USAG Devo camps. Our Elite Team practices during the day, so homeschooling is a must.
