PRESCHOOL CLASSES

Our preschool Dipper Program is where your child's love of gymnastics will take root! In these classes children will develop balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and the basics of gymnastics.

To keep classes fresh and exciting there is a themed week each month, a monthly gold medal skills focus, and a new lesson plan each week.

Little Comets

40 minute class

Available only in our Smyrna location, our Little Comets class is a Mommy & Me class designed to ead the parent and child through beginning gymnastics skills.

Classes last 40 minutes and have an incredible 8:1 student to instructor ratio. Classes use a curriculum developed right here in Rutherford County by some of our industry's top professionals.

Big Dippers

In our Big Dippers program children can begin or continue to learn basic gymnastics while still developing balance, stregnth, coordination, and building their fitness level.

Classes last 50 minutes and have a 7:1 student to instructor ratio.

Advanced Big Dippers

Advanced Big Dippers is for children who are rapidly progressing through Dippers and ready for a little more challange. They will still work on the same Gold Medal Skills but will also some more advanced challenges in class.

This is an invitation only class. Ask your coach if this class is right for your child.

Our Developmental Program begins in our Mighty Mite classes us our USAG Compulsory Level 3 team. No guarantee is granted to our competitive team in a child begins in Mighty Mites. Children will go through a series of evaluations within their class time to determine readiness to progress.

From here, girls will be invites to All Stars, Divas, or Training Team.
