GIRLS GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Our Stars Program is where children start to bloom in their gymnastics career. Starting at age 5, our classes have open enrollment year around so you can begin at any point in the year. With curriculum developed by leading experts in our area each week will focus on drills and skills to help your daughter progress. Girls will work on uneven bars, balance beam, and floor while also utilizing trampoline and Tumble Trak.

Rising Stars

50 minute class

Ages 5 years - 7 years

Rising Stars is an entry level class designed to introduce girls aged 5-7 to women's gymnastics. This program utilizes three of four Olympic events: uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. There will also be instruction on trampoline and Tumble Trak. This class has an 8:1 student to instructor ratio.

From this program students can advance to our All Star or USAG teams based on skill progression.

Shooting Stars

50 minute class

Ages 8+ years

Shooting Stars is an entry level women's gymnastics class designed for girls aged 8+. This program utilizes three of four Olympic events: uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. There will also be work on the trampoline and Tumble Trak. This class has an 8:1 student to instructor ratio.

From this program girls can progress to our All Star or USAG teams based on skill progression.

Girls Gymnastics

Offered only at our Smyrna location, this entry level women's gymnastics class is offered for girls aged 5 and up. Like our star classes this class utilizes three of four Olympic events: uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Students will also use trampoline and Tumble Trak. This class has an 8:1 student to instructor ratio.

Divas

50 minute class

Ages 5+ years

Smyrna Gym only

Our Developmental Program begins in our Mighty Mite and Diva classes us our USAG Compulsory Level 3 team. No guarantee is granted to our competitive team in a child begins in Mighty Mites. Children will go through a series of evaluations within their class time to determine readiness to progress.

From this program girls can progress to our All Star or USAG teams based on skill progression.
