We offer a variety of events each month.

Our Smyrna Location hosts Parents Night Out on the 2nd Friday night of the month, and Murfreesboro hosts Parents Night Out on the 3rd Friday of the month. We also offer back handspring clinics and ninja clinics in the fall and spring. Always check out our Events page to see what’s going on!

Our Dippers program is a great place for Little Dippers ages 2 – 3 1/2 and Big Dippers 3 1/2-5 to start learning the basics of gymnastics.

Our Little Dippers program is an amazing place for children ages 2 – 3 1/2 to start learning the basics of gymnastics. In these classes they will develop balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and fitness while learning beginner level gymnastics skills.

Ages 5-7 and 8 & up

The girls program utilizes all four Olympic Apparatuses including: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise. We have Trampoline & Tumble Trak too! Rising Stars for ages 5-7 and Shooting Stars for ages 8 and up

From our regular recreational program students have the opportunity to advance to our All Stars program or be invited to our USAG Women’s Team.

Advanced Gymnastics Team

E.T.C.’s All Star Team is a competitive team in a recreational environment. We start at Level 2 with the opportunity to advance up to Optional gymnastics.  In level 2, the girls are only required to work out one hour per week and Level 3 and higher work out 3 hours per week.  During the competitive season, we will attend 5 competitions both here and around Middle Tennessee.

Ages 8 and up

E.T.C. Gymnastics offers tumbling classes for individuals ages 8 and up.These classes are great for cheerleaders, dancers, or anyone interested in building their tumbling skills.

Ages 5 and up

The Ninja Program utilizes obstacle courses, Ninja cage, Rock Wall and floor space to challenge athletes mentally, physically and socially.

Gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and/or obstacle course racing experience is a plus; but not required. We offer comprehensive training for all candidates regardless of their experience level.
