E.T.C.’s All Star Team is a competitive team in a recreational environment. We start at Level 2 with the opportunity to advance up to Optional gymnastics.  In level 2, the girls are only required to work out one hour per week and Level 3 and higher work out 3 hours per week.  During the competitive season, we will attend 5 competitions both here and around Middle Tennessee.

E.T.C. Gymnastics created this recreational team 15 years ago with the goal of allowing more children and families to experience the joy of competitive gymnastics without the huge commitment typically involved in competitive gymnastics.  Because our girls only work out a few hours per week, many of them are very active in other sports and school activities.  All Stars creates a positive environment for the girls to grow in confidence and in skill.
