Runs each “special event” at the gym (PNO, Camps, Parties, Open Gym, All-Star Meets etc.), by staffing them, coordinating them, and distributing information to staff & clientele.
Handles all office, pro-shop, class enrollment.
Girls Team Manager
Oversees curriculum and staff development for all USAG competitive teams.
Girls Developmental Team Manager
Oversees curriculum and staff development for all Mighty Mites, Awesome Possum/Divas, and Training Team. Schedules and trains staff, and runs Developmental Phase Meets.
Stars Manager / Logistics Director
Handles all curriculums for Stars department, head coach of the All Stars, and assists other department heads with duties including staffing, discipline, training, etc. Handles all floor related “logistics” (rotations, spacing etc).
Boys Rec Program Manager
Handles facility maintenance, aids with staffing, handles all boys curriculum and boys related events.
Develops curriculum and equips staff for all dippers classes.
